  • How much does it cost?

  • Pricing depends on a few factors: the type of apparel, the quantity ordered, the decoration process etc.

  • We aim to keep our prices fair and competitive for individuals, teams, and businesses alike. Bulk orders typically receive discounted prices.

  • For a quick quote, just send us a few details and we’ll get back to you with some pricing options that work for you!​​

  • How long does it take?

  • Lead times vary on decorated products.  Some can be done same day! While others take several weeks.

  • Approximate lead time is 2-3 weeks for most decorated apparel.

  • Can I bring my own apparel?

  • No. Apparel must come from Fotees suppliers.  Apparel suppliers can be seen HERE.

  • Can you make me just one shirt?

  • Yes! Single orders are welcome. ALL single orders have a $5 small order fee.

  • Do you accept returns?

  • No. We don't offer returns on decorated product.

  • How do I order?

  • We do not do business via text message, after hours or on weekends/holidays.

  • Which print methods do you offer?

  • Fotees works with trade partners across Canada to provide in house and specialty apparel decoration including screen print, sublimation, embroidery, digital prints and several styles of patches.

  • What type of art files do I need?

  • Vector art files.  Vector art files come from software such as Adobe Illustrator.  They usually cannot be created in AI or in programs like Canva, however, I can "vectorize" them for a one time fee.  Their file extension is .eps .svg .ai and sometimes .pdf works.

  • Can you design me a logo?

  • Yes! Actually, designing logos was how I got my start!  Getting an apparel decorator to design your logo is a wise choice, it saves time and hassle of having to adjust it later.

  • ​Do you need a deposit?

  • A 50% deposit is required on orders over $5000.00

  • Depending on the scope or timeline of an order, a deposit may be required.

​

  • Do you deliver?

  • We use "We Love Delivery" to deliver local orders. The fee is $7.00
